We bring experienced medical, oncology market research and analysis, and management consulting expertise to bear on client issues. Some of our key team members include:

  1. Brent Clough — Chief Executive Officer

    Brent Clough is the CEO of IntrinsiQ, LLC, which was founded in June 2006 through the merger of IntrinsiQ Research and IntrinsiQ Financial.

    Brent was the founder and CEO of IntrinsiQ Financial. Prior to joining IntrinsiQ Financial, Brent worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. for eight years in the Investment Research Department and the Equities Division. Brent started his career at Thomson Inc. where he spent eight years working in the division of First Call.

    He is a graduate of the University of Colorado.

  2. Joe Cooper — Vice President, Research and Analysis

    Joe Cooper is the Vice President of the Research and Analysis Division. He is responsible for the data analysis for IntrinsiQ’s Financial customers.

    Prior to joining IntrinsiQ, LLC, Mr. Cooper was the Assistant Director of Research at Thomson Financial, where he worked for 11 years.

    Joe is a graduate of Embry—Riddle with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science.

  3. Jeff Forringer — General Manager, Pharma Division

    Jeff leads IntrinsiQ’s pharmaceutical data and analysis sales and client service efforts. Jeff’s twenty years of experience in pharmaceutical information sales includes tenures at IMS, Datamonitor and Consumer Health Science. He also has worked in the international marketplace, notably executing pharmaceutical sales in Japan.

    Jeff has a degree in history from the SUNY Buffalo.

  4. Scott Milligan — Vice President, Research and Analysis

    Scott Milligan is the Vice President of the Research and Analysis Division. He is responsible for the data analysis for IntrinsiQ’s Pharmaceutical customers.

    Prior to joining IntrinsiQ, LLC, Mr. Milligan held positions as Group Director with Morpace Pharma Group and as a Research Fellow with the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

    Scott holds a PhD from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science from Butler University.

  5. Ted Owens — Chief Operating Officer

    Ted Owens is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of IntrinsiQ. He is responsible for all financial, administrative, legal, human resources, internal information systems, network operations and contracts functions. In addition, he is the Division General Manager of the IntelliDose Software Division, with profit and loss responsibility for the company’s software business. Ted has more than 30 years of business management experience and has held senior level executive positions at both publicly traded and privately owned companies in the biotechnology, software and high technology industries.

    Ted holds an MBA from Boston University and a BA from Georgetown University.

  6. Jeffrey J. Stewart — Chief Information Officer

    Jeff Stewart leads the IntrinsiQ Technology Group which is responsible for supporting both the needs of our IntelliDose and IntrinsiQ Analytic customer bases.

    Previously, Mr. Stewart was co-Founder and Chief Information Officer for Wall Street on Demand, Inc., the market leader in web delivery of financial information. Founded in 1991, Wall Street on Demand was sold to Goldman Sachs PIA in 2006. At Wall Street on Demand, in addition to responsibility for the operational systems, Mr. Stewart launched products for the Global Research Settlement, retail brokerage and wealth management.

    Mr. Stewart graduated magna cum laude from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

  7. Karl Zachar — General Manager, Financial Division

    Karl Zachar is the General Manager of IntrinsiQ Financial. He leads IntrinsiQ’s data and analysis business for investor clients who analyze IntrinsiQ’s real-time oncology usage data to thoroughly understand the oncology market place.

    Prior to joining IntrinsiQ, LLC, Mr. Zachar worked on Wall Street for 10 years in both investment banking and at an international hedge fund. He also served as President of Shackleton Schools — a non-profit school for inner city youth. Karl is active on several non-profit boards including NC Outward Bound.

    Karl graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
